Parents play a vital role as partners with educators in the education of their children who are English language learners. They have many rights that ensure their participation in their children’s education.
To help families understand more about their children’s education in the U.S.A., Mass PIRC has updated two publications, “English Language Learners and State Assessments” and “Rights of English Language Learners.”
